Under DIR-CPO-4847, SaltyCloud, PBC offers cybersecurity products and related services to Texas eligible purchasers through a State of Texas Cooperative Contract. The awarded offerings are:

Isora GRC — SaaS Subscription (Cybersecurity Software)

Isora GRC is the GRC Assessment Platform™ that gives security teams one connected workspace to run assessments, manage vendors and assets, track risks, and prove compliance. Delivered as an annual SaaS subscription, sized by organization. Isora GRC includes six connected capabilities:

• Assessment Management — Organize, distribute, and track security risk assessments across departments, systems, and vendors from a single dashboard.
• Questionnaires & Surveys — Collect structured evidence and control data from people across the organization and from third-party vendors at scale, supported by a prebuilt framework library (NIST, CIS, HIPAA, GLBA, HECVAT, CMMC, and others).
• Reports & Scorecards — Turn assessment results into audit-ready outputs for leadership, auditors, and oversight bodies, with drill-down from summary scores to individual responses and supporting evidence.
• Inventory Management — Maintain a complete, current record of vendors, IT assets, applications, and organizational units, connected directly to assessments and the risk register.
• Exception Management — Log, track, and resolve policy exceptions with documented justification, compensating controls, expiration dates, and approval workflows.
• Risk Management — Identify, document, prioritize, and remediate security risks with a full audit trail from assessment finding through remediation.

Related Services

Implementation, onboarding, and ongoing customer support for Isora GRC subscribers. Implementation covers environment provisioning, framework and questionnaire configuration, inventory import, user and role setup, and initial assessment launch. Ongoing support includes technical assistance, product guidance, and access to product updates throughout the subscription term.

Eligible Purchasers

Any Texas state agency, unit of local government, institution of higher education as defined in Section 2054.003, Texas Government Code, and those state agencies purchasing from a DIR contract through an Interagency Agreement, as authorized by Chapter 771, Texas Government Code, any local government as authorized through the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791, Texas Government Code, and the state agencies and political subdivisions of other states as authorized by Section 2054.0565, Texas Government Code.

Customers outside of Texas should consult their state statute for participating in Cooperative Contract programs. Texas statute allows for Customers outside of Texas to establish an Interstate Cooperative Contract to purchase through DIR.

All customer purchase orders must reference the DIR Contract Number to ensure proper processing under the State of Texas Cooperative Contract.

Warranties

Company shall use reasonable efforts consistent with prevailing industry standards to maintain the Services in a manner which minimizes errors and interruptions in the Services and shall perform the Implementation Services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Services may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or for unscheduled emergency maintenance, either by Company or by third-party providers, or because of other causes beyond Company’s reasonable control, but Company shall use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in writing or by e-mail of any scheduled service disruption. However, Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free; nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Services. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION, THE SERVICES AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Refunds

In most cases, payments for Isora GRC from SaltyCloud subscriptions and licenses are not refundable. If you have an issue with your account please contact SaltyCloud Support at support@saltycloud.com.
